January Tarot Reading

Overall Themes

The theme around January seems to be about reconnecting with the dream vision we have for ourselves. We may be thinking back on old ideas and idealizations we’ve had for our lives. We seem to be more determined and stronger than ever to figure out how to actually achieve those goals. This drive could be coming from a current discomforting unpredictability. There’s a need for stability.

Now is the perfect time to revamp something you’ve been working on. This could be a project or even a relationship. This could also be about wanting a fresh start in your environment. This month could include cleaning out old clutter around your home. You’ll be getting new ideas and making plans to improve your life.

You could also be reaching out to someone from the past to get some sort of idea or goal off the ground. Also, referring to old information again as a refresher.

Week 1

This first week I see us taking a little bit of a break. We’re wanting to balance all the work and socialization we’ve been doing with some rest. Perhaps some of us are feeling sick and need to sleep a little more. Whatever the reason, we need it.

At the same time, I see us doing a bit of research. There could be certain areas of life where we’ve been feeling blocked and we’re really wanting to have a plan to break through this year. Seek the council of those who have attained what you’re wanting so much. This is a week to get inspired by the masters.

Week 2

I see communication challenges for us this week. There could definitely be some conflict with others and a lot of words being exchanged. Egos can clash for sure.

Do your best to be as clear as possible when speaking and ask for clarity when you need it. The timing of communication also seems to be important. Within yourself or another, there may be an urge to be impulsive and impatient. People could be acting childish.

The strength card is here to support us and help us to remember we can’t force things to go our way. It’s much better to have patience than it is to fight at this time. Reflect on your own need to control situations and others and take a step back. Remember, the only thing you truly have control of is yourself. Yield that power wisely.

Week 3

This week seems to be in pleasant contrast of last week with the theme of happiness. This good news seems to be coming from some sort of ending but one that we most likely choose. Perhaps something isn’t working out the way we planned but it’s actually a very good thing, because now there are more possibilities. We may be able to move forward in a way that we weren’t able to before.

It’s like we can now fix or edit something that wasn’t exactly what we wanted it to be. Or now an opportunity for something new is finally coming in for us. We bring it into balance and now we can celebrate, play, and imagine new possibilities.

Week 4

There is a feeling of reflection this week as we grow past what we feel we have previously lost. We’re able to move on from old heart aches and losses and be proud of where it has lead us now. We can see how we’ve grown from what we’ve been through and we feel ready to continue our self-development.

There was a resistance within us before from moving onto something better. This week we see clearly what steps we need to take next. We are making the exact plan we need to in order to get to where we want to go next in life.  Accept the good that is being offered to you now and know you deserve it.
